Acupuncture, Bodywork, and Herbal Medicine

Meet Marcelle

Meet Marcelle MacCulloch

Licensed Acupuncturist

Marcelle is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the State of California. She graduated from Yo San University in 2014 with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In 2001 she became a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and spent the better part of a decade working in some of Southern California's premiere spas and wellness centers. One of the highlights of her career was having the privilege to be a core instructor of the Certified Massage Therapy program at A2Z Health for three years.

Marcelle, like many before her, first experienced acupuncture while seeking relief from extreme pain. After developing tendonitis in her forearms, she was concerned that her career in bodywork would be cut short. A colleague recommended acupuncture, and a few treatments later she was virtually pain free and completely fascinated by the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Marcelle's background in bodywork and massage pairs well with acupuncture, and she is very experienced in a variety of techniques to help you stop chasing pain.

Pain Management

Acupuncture and bodywork are safe, drug free alternatives for pain relief that are suitable for all ages.

Women's Health

I treat a host of women's health issues, such as PMS, painful or irregular menstruation, fertility issues, and can help the transition into menopause.

Kids love acupuncture! Common colds, ear infections, digestive issues, allergies, and more are safely treated with acupuncture.

Our modern world is full of stressors we are not equipped to handle daily. Acupuncture can reduce stress and regulate the nervous system, which leads to more energy, restful sleep, and less anxiety and depression.

Mental Health

Acupuncture has been shown to reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety

Facial Rejuvenation

Facial acupuncture is a natural alternative to more invasive procedures, increases collagen production, reduces swelling and inflammation, and improves the skin.

All treatments are by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule your visit.

Acupuncture Close Up

At our initial meeting I will take a full health history, and we will develop a treatment plan. Treatments may include a variety of techniques, including acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, or massage.

This treatment focuses on the face, neck, and hairline. Acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha are used to stimulate collagen production, reduce wrinkles, brighten the complexion, and sculpt the face.

We will discuss your health history, current concerns, and formulate a plan that includes herbs, supplements, and dietary changes.

"I suffer from regular migraines. I saw Marcelle when I felt one coming on and she was able to stop it in its tracks! I'm impressed."
